At Happho.com, our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Hopefully, you won’t need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

Returns:

We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the product at the time of delivery. In case, you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel, Happho and the supplier immediately. You will need to document the damage and discuss with the Happho/supplier with regard to the next steps. In case you are not satisfied with the resolution from the supplier, you can call number to inform us about the issue.

NOTE: Once we have delivered the product and left the customer’s premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests.

1. Eligible for Returns:

• Wrong materials / products / colours were sent from the ordered list of items.
• Tampered products were received.
• Defective items / malfunctioning materials / products are received.
• Materials / products are missing as per the manufacturer’s product manual (Valid only for products / materials which are sold in package by the manufacturer along with a user manual)
• Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include your invoice and a completed returns form.
• Materials / products quality not matching with the manufacturer claims. (Note: In case, the materials need testing by third party agencies, all costs and effort to be borne by the buyer, including sending samples, testing charges and report collection)
• If your product was delivered directly by our supplier please call our customer support center and we will arrange for the supplier to collect it from you. Some collections may incur a charge.

2. Not Eligible for Returns:

• After receipt, the material / product is used and / or tampered with.
• Product is not stored properly or not installed according to user manual and results in damage / malfunctioning.
• Partial Returns / Balance Material. (Example: 50 Cubic Feet of balance material out of 400 Cubic Feet purchased quantity / Ordered 170 bags of cement, used up 150 of those, 20 unused bags to be returned / 1 MT Reinforcement Steel unused out of 5 MT purchased are not valid for Returns)
• Items which were sold as combos / sets are not eligible for return, as individual items.
• Exchange of materials / product with some other items. (Example: Ordered Laminated door and request to exchange with Skin Moulded door / Ordered OPC 53 grade Cement and request to exchange with OPC 43 grade Cement)
• Seal opened items carrying manufacturing warranty, cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the item as they can’t be resold.
• Custom made items cannot be returned.
• Not notified within 24 hours on receipt of delivery to Customer Care number / email.
• Certain items are excluded from the guarantee. These include goods that are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirement; also you cannot return unwanted boilers where the product box / packaging have been opened. Other excluded items are macerators and water pumps.
• Items purchased from a Marketplace retailer cannot be returned to Happho.com; they must be returned to their Marketplace Retailer in accordance with their returns policy.
