The most important step in any house construction is to get a right floor plan that reflects your ideas and utilises the space effectively.

At Happho, Our team of designers will have a detailed discussion with the customer’s, understand their requirements and create customised floor plans that both meets their basic requirements and utilises space well. These plans also consider all factors like Vastu (vaastu), air ventilation, and natural lighting.

We create floor plans at a fixed rate of Rs. 3.5 per sqft of buildup area (or Slab area). We will accommodate changes upto 3 times on the floor plans created so that the designs better suit your requirements.
