About Layout
This 2 BHK house plan drawing consists of spacious living and bedrooms. There is no separate dining area and the kitchen is quite compact. The ground floor has enough open space to accommodate a single car parking.
There is one bedroom on each floor, both having their own dressing space and washroom. The bedroom on the ground floor has an open backyard space that can be used for gardening. Moreover, the first floor has a spacious living room on top that can be used as a seating area.
Vastu Compliancs
This duplex 2 BHK house plan is ideal for an east-facing plot. The southwest corner is considered the Agni corner, where the kitchen is ideally located. The bedrooms on both floors are placed on the southwest corner, thus the beds will face the south direction. This placement is perfect according to Vastu.
Additionally, the living room is in the northeast corner, adhering to the Vastu principles as well. Both floors have four doors each, which is, again, suitable for a Vastu house plan. However, the only downside is that there are a total of eleven doors in the house, which is not ideal.
