This duplex house design is a twin residency home suitable for a plot size of 20X40 feet. In this 2 BHK house plan with Vastu, both floors have living rooms, dining spaces, and kitchens. The layout consists of one bedroom on each floor. The ground floor provides generous spaces for gardening while the first floor has two balconies.  The stairs can be accessed from outside the house, leaving the two floors completely undisturbed by one another. The plot can accommodate a single parking lot. The only drawback here is that the bedrooms don’t have attached toilets.
