About Layout
This 2 BHK layout consists of spacious bedrooms, living, kitchen, and dining rooms. It is designed for a plot size of 25X57 feet. There is a common toilet placed near the main entry for guests. The house entrance leads straight to the drawing room, which then leads to the dining space.
The two bedrooms are placed side-by-side, sharing one back exit. Only one of the bedrooms has an attached washroom. The kitchen and puja room are separated by an arch. The only drawback is that this layout doesn’t accommodate a car parking space.
Vastu Compliancs
Regrettably, this simple 2 BHK house plan deviates from the Vastu principles in several ways. First of all, the toilets shouldn’t be placed in any corners of the house. Although it is placed in the northwest direction (which is ideal), it should never be in the corner.
The kitchen should always be placed in the southeast direction, which is called the Agni corner. However, that is not the case here. This floor plan adheres to the needs of a user properly, except for the fact that it is not ideal as per Vastu.
